CUSTOM POINT SYSTEM

 

Points are accumulated over time based on pre-booking, referrals, and retail purchases. Every 1,000 points is worth $1.

 

• 5,000 points for new clients pre-booking.

• 2,000 points for every guest pre-booking.

• 20,000 points for every new guest you refer to the salon.

• Your referred friend receives $20 off their first time here as well!

 

CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmations:

As a convenience to our guests, Core Salon has an outstanding confirmation system. We confirm via text and email. If you do not confirm via text or email, our Front Desk Coordinators confirm by phone 24 hours before your appointment. If for any reason you do not wish to receive any of these 3 confirmation tools we use, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments.

 

Cancellations:

Please be aware of our cancellation policy. This policy is in place to protect the time of our staff. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all our salon services. A credit card is required to reserve these appointments. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask for at least a 24 hours notice. If a cancellation is made without 24 hours notice a 50% service charge may apply. If an appointment is missed entirely a 100% service charge will apply. For appointments over 3 hours long or for special events, we require 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Partial appointment cancellations may also result in a fee. For example, if you are booked for a single process and a haircut and you cancel just the haircut without 24 hours notice, that is considered a day of cancellation resulting in a 50% fee. Stylists reserve the right to eliminate part of your service if they feel it is not in your best interest to perform that service without a fee. If you come in late for the service, part or all of your services may be cancelled depending on availability.

 

Small Children:

Core Salon prides itself on having a relaxing environment for our guests to receive their services. To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, please make accommodations for any young children you may have. Unfortunately we cannot assure their safety in the salon as there are hot tools, chemical products, sharp objects and no facilities to care for your children, while you are in our hands. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

Services

There are NO refunds for services.  If you are dissatisfied with a service please call us immediately we will gladly correct it.  We will schedule your appointment  within 7 days of the original visit date. We suggest you stay with the original provider, however if you do anything to alter the services we have performed this voids any opportunity to have it corrected without charge. 

 

Products

You may return products 14 days after purchase date with original receipt for exchange or account credit. All products without original receipt or past 14 days of purchase are non-refundable. No exceptions.
